Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales growth efforts.
This role involves recruiting, developing, and coaching Agency Leaders and Agents to achieve top performer recognition. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, monitoring performance and retention of agents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as IRDAI.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your expertise to drive business results.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in the APC channel (Agency Partner Channel)
- Experience in life insurance
- Graduation from a reputable institution
A minimum yearly incentive of $25,000 is required.
