We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an AI Model Developer.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in developing and deploying large-scale predictive models using deep learning techniques.

The primary responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing user behavior analysis models to predict user likelihood of leaving an OTT platform, along with plausible reasons behind their behavior.
  • Building causal inference-based intervention models aimed at retaining users on the platform.
  • Collaborating with other research scientists, engineers, and product teams to foster a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment.
  • Contributing to improving user experience by leveraging AI capabilities.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Prior experience in applied deep learning and machine learning, both conceptual understanding and practical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of handling large scale datasets with SQL.
  • Understanding of current state-of-the-art machine learning literature.
  • Proficiency in hands-on Python and one or more popular deep learning frameworks.
