About the Role

As a Senior Principal/Associate Partner at Infosys Consulting, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Life Sciences Sales and Marketing. You will be part of a high-performing team that drives strategic programs and develops innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic programs from planning to delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for business development
  • Collaborate with larger Infosys teams to drive sales pursuits and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement digital solutions that enable adoption of digital capabilities for Life Sciences organizations
  • Participate in practice development activities to drive business growth and capability development
  • Responsible for converting industry trends and changes into opportunities for solutions, offerings and capability developments.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

Demonstrates proven success in roles and thorough abilities in the below areas:

  • Pharmaceutical Commercial Business Expertise: Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial business and sales and marketing processes
  • Domain Knowledge and Work Experience: Deep domain knowledge and work experience in brand marketing, campaign management, digital growth strategies, patient and HCP engagement, marketing operations, LMR review, meetings and conventions, KOL management, sales operation, reporting and analytics
  • Sales and Marketing Systems: Hands-on experience in working with sales and marketing systems – CRM, CMS, marketing automation system, marketing analytics, social listening platform
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in Life Sciences industry working for a consulting services organization and/or industry experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a marketing or related field; Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred
