Shooters Trainer

The shooting instructor will provide age-appropriate training sessions for beginners, intermediate and advanced shooters. They will also identify and nurture talent for district state national and international competitions.

Key Responsibilities Coaching & Training

• Design and deliver training sessions that cater to different age groups.

• Provide individualized guidance to students to enhance performance and confidence.

• Establish a structured shooting curriculum integrated with the school's sports vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Sports Science or equivalent (preferred).

• Additional certifications in sports psychology or fitness training (desirable).

Experience • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Shooting Coach with a proven track record of coaching at school academy or competitive levels.
