Job Title: Middle Office Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Middle Office Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of CAT requirements data integrity controls and creation/amendment of listed and non-listed instruments.
- Working with internal and external data vendors to obtain accurate and timely instrument data.
- Processing corporate action static changes in the system.
- Collaborating with IT and change teams to automate and streamline the instrument autocreation process.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in instrument reference data and pricing.
- Strong knowledge of financial market concepts and instruments (Equities, Index, and Derivatives).
- Good understanding of Index and ETF compositions.
- Fluency in reading and writing business emails in English.
- Adequate knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel pivots), and communication tools (Skype).
