Elevate our visual brand identity with a talented Designer who conceptualises and delivers high-quality designs communicating our brand message and resonating with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative concepts for initiatives across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create designs aligning with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines ensuring consistency in elements across all touchpoints.
  • Create captivating visual assets for landing pages, email templates, and social media campaigns.
  • Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other materials aligning with aesthetics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design incorporating innovative techniques into our designs.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and creative concepts for various initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in design or a related field with a proven track record working with clients from North America.
  • Experience in creating illustrations and featured images.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and video editing.
  • Proficiency in graphic software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), FIGMA, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition for impactful communication.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest design trends and industry best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and relevant.
  • Detail-oriented approach to design ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
