Job Description:

Senior Backend Python Developer
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications for customers worldwide, ensuring seamless integration with our cloud-based platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend, backend, testing, and application design, to deliver integrated solutions that meet the needs of our global customer base.
  • Build and optimize Python/MySQL backends hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot existing software applications to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Write clean, highly scalable, and testable code following best practices, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve programming bugs and performance bottlenecks, utilizing your analytical skills to drive results.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team, promoting collaboration and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development, particularly with web and mobile applications.
  • Strong expertise in Python and MySQL, with proven experience building scalable applications.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including deployment, management, and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver in a fast-paced, global environment, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to knowledge sharing.
  • Understanding of ML fundamentals, Building APIs/services to serve ML models.
