Ruby on Rails Developer Position

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing efficient and robust software applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.
  • Collaborating with product owners and designers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues promptly.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
  • Participating in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing sessions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git), Agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL/MySQL and troubleshooting/production support.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and rotational shifts.
