Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing team to promote our brand, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Manage marketing/branded content related to the company
  • Create and curate engaging and high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date and visually appealing
  • Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance our social media presence
  • Generate monthly reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights
  • Run paid ads
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
