About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to manage subject experts and collaborate with other administrators on various projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing quality question banks for assessments and maintaining high standards in respective domains
  • Structuring and designing question banks, setting benchmarks for writing and review in assigned non-STEM subjects
  • Tracking inventory and maintaining optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects
  • Managing SMEs: defining selection criteria and strategy, monitoring performance quality, training and developing SME pools in different domains/subjects, coordinating with SMEs for test development activities
  • Test designing: creating test designs in subjects of expertise and collaborating with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets
  • Supporting lead subject administrators in delivering projects and meeting organizational needs
  • Post-exam analysis and reporting to higher management

Qualifications:

  • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus
  • Broad understanding of education systems in the country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
  • Experience in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development
  • Good command over English (written and spoken)
  • Good command over spoken Hindi

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: Social Work/Social Science/Social Studies
