About the Role

As a game and app developer, you will be working with our proprietary AI tool-chain to generate, iterate, and judge new games and mini-apps every day. Your role will involve building games and apps, reviewing your own and other developers' work, and providing feedback to help improve the machine and team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly create fresh games and apps using internal builders.
  • Conduct self-quality assurance and rating of your own output.
  • Participate in peer review by playing, ranking, and annotating fellow developers' work.
  • Develop prompt playbooks to distill winning chains into reusable templates and documentation.
  • Provide concise bug and UX reports to unblock engineers and tune the AI.
  • Monitor engagement dashboards and adjust strategies to boost retention.

You Might Thrive in This Seat If:

  • You have 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
  • You possess a gamer's taste and can articulate why something is fun or not.
  • You communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
  • You are able to ruthlessly prioritize ideas and focus on the most promising ones.
  • Bonus: Basic proficiency in code (Light JS/Lua/React), marketing (Instagram/Twitter), or data (Basic SQL) would make you stand out.

During the trial period, we will assess your performance and decide whether to proceed with a long-term contract.
