Job Title:

About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing engaging course content based on assigned topics. They will need to deliver clear explanations of complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.

The role requires reviewing and fact-checking content for technical accuracy and industry relevance. The expert must collaborate with the content development team to structure courses into modules, lessons, and practical case studies.

Additionally, they will record or assist in video-based training sessions if required. Staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in the relevant domain is also a crucial aspect of this job.

The content created should align with instructional design standards and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Healthcare, Marketing, or related disciplines).
  2. Master's degree or specialized certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, dbt, Snowflake, CFA, CPA, Google Analytics, HubSpot, PMP, etc.).
  3. Proven industry experience (3–5 years+) in the respective subject area.
  4. Prior teaching, training, or eLearning content creation experience is an added advantage.
  5. Strong technical expertise in one or more subject domains.
  6. Excellent communication and content writing/presentation skills.
  7. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simplified and structured way.
  8. Good command of tools/software relevant to the subject area (e.g., SQL, Spark, Python, Airflow, PowerBI, GA4, QuickBooks, HubSpot).
  9. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines independently.
