Business Analyst - LLM Model Improvement

A leading organization is seeking a skilled professional to analyze and fine-tune large language models.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong research abilities, and the capacity to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.

  • Analyze and create scenarios to improve LLM models.
  • Provide correct answers and explanations to help models learn from their mistakes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • English Proficiency: High level of reading and writing comprehension in English.
  • Analytical Skills: Good research and analytical skills.
  • Feedback Skills: Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Commitment: Available for up to 40 hours/week during US business hours.
  • Technical Setup: Desktop/Laptop setup with a good internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience in these areas.
  • Professional writing experience in roles such as business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
