Digital Transformation Lead - Power Platform ProjectsThis exciting opportunity allows you to join Enzen's growing Digital Enterprise family and become a part of our global Competency. As a key member of our Power Platform Centre of Excellence in India, you will play a critical role in delivering our clients' digital transformations underpinned by the Microsoft Power Platform.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Enterprise Apps CoE and be primarily responsible for project planning, management, and delivery of Power Platform projects on time, on budget, and with utmost quality. Your technical leadership will ensure the effective execution of PP projects from requirements gathering to managed services delivery. You will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on project reports, status, and issue resolution.
To succeed in this position, you will establish governance to ensure compliance with customer requirements and stay up-to-date on the latest PP features, updates, and industry trends. Proactively, you will work with the Account team and CoE to identify PP opportunities and develop high-quality technical proposals, including estimates.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and management of Power Platform projects, including scoping, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment.
- Develop project plans, set clear objectives, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to define the solution architecture for Power Platform projects.
- Design scalable, robust, and high-performing solutions that align with business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Take ownership of technical issues and provide resolution or guidance to the project team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to the Power Platform, ensuring smooth implementation and addressing any roadblocks.
We seek an experienced Digital Transformation Expert with extensive hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies. Proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Power Platform is essential.
A proven track record in managing end-to-end projects involving the Power Platform, from requirements gathering to successful delivery, is required. Strong project management skills, including scoping, resource management, risk assessment, and timeline management, are necessary to ensure project success.
Familiarity with different industries and their specific business processes is valuable. Understanding industry-specific requirements and challenges enables the Technical Delivery Lead to design and deliver solutions that address specific business needs effectively.
