Gen AI Architect Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technical architect to lead the design and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) architectures across complex enterprise systems.

This role combines deep coding expertise in Python, .NET Core, Angular, and Azure with a strong architectural mindset to modernize platforms, drive efficiency, and deliver intelligent automation through AI/ML solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 13-16 years of total experience in enterprise software development, including 5+ years in AI/ML architecture and cloud-native system design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop AI Models: Design and develop generative AI models for real-world use cases.
  • Build Scalable Systems: Build scalable .NET Core Web APIs, Angular/React frontends, and Azure-native applications.
  • Develop AI Accelerators: Develop AI accelerators including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated solutions.
  • Proof-of-Concepts: Create and iterate on proof-of-concepts aligned with business use cases.

Architecture & Delivery:

  • Define Roadmap: Define and evolve the Gen AI roadmap for SDLC integration.
  • Architect Cloud-Native Systems: Architect event-driven, cloud-native systems using Azure tools and messaging services like Kafka/Event Grid.
  • Implement CI/CD Practices: Implement robust CI/CD, security, and code quality practices.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside fellow architects to align technical strategy with enterprise goals.
  • Partner with Business Stakeholders: Partner with business stakeholders to translate workflows into intelligent, automated solutions.
  • Conduct Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and troubleshoot high-priority issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Languages & Frameworks: Python (AI/LLM workflows), .NET Core (API development), Angular (v13+) or React (TypeScript-based frontend development)
  • Cloud & AI: Microsoft Azure, Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Power Automate AI Builder
  • LLM Techniques: Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG architecture, MLOps practices for model deployment
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Infrastructure-as-Code
