Design Associate Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the Head of Design in managing multi-sector design deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and updating the company's Design Playbook, incorporating lessons learned, benchmark standards, and evolving best practices.
  • Conduct test fits and feasibilities on new land proposals.
  • Lead coordination across consultants and design disciplines.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality design from concept to GFC.
  • Validate design compliance with branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
  • Support the implementation of SOPs and version control.
  • Flag deviations and escalating unresolved design issues.
  • Review submissions for technical accuracy and alignment with approved plans.
Job Requirements:

8–10 years of experience in design management across Commercial, Residential, or Mixed-use projects.

Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Proven expertise in delivering design projects from inception to completion.

Knowledge of branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
