Embroidery Design Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Embroidery Design Specialist to join our team based in Surat.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating intricate embroidery patterns, textile prints, and graphics for our luxury indo-western couture brand.
Daily tasks include sketching designs, selecting high-quality fabrics, creating samples, and overseeing the production process to ensure accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating custom embroidery patterns and designs
- Selecting and sourcing high-quality fabrics and materials
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new products and collections
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of textiles, crafts, and embroidery techniques
- Maintaining a portfolio of designs and samples
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in embroidery design and textile production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
