Job Title: Technical Consultant - Oracle Flexcube Banking System

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Consultant to support the implementation and customization of the Oracle Flexcube banking system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our core banking platform.

Your primary focus will be on providing technical expertise to our business stakeholders, analyzing requirements, and designing solutions that meet their needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from implementing new features to troubleshooting complex issues. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and contribute to the improvement of our processes and procedures.

  • Support multiple modules, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments.
  • Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube.
  • Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process.
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury).
  • Knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Familiarity with Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
