Lead Yield Manager

We are seeking an expert in yield management to lead our 300mm Wafer Fab.

  • You will partner with digital and IT teams to design and develop the yield management software and database, integrating data from various sources.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, effective collaboration, and a results-driven approach.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Leading the yield management team for the 300mm Wafer Fab
  2. Partnering with digital/IT team for design and development of yield management software and database
  3. Designing and creating a data integration framework that collects data from different sources (E-test, Defect Inspection, Inline Metrology, Sort)
  4. Developing algorithms for data analysis to enable root cause understanding and yield optimization
  5. Partnering with PI/YE, CFM teams and vendors to enable continuous system improvements
  6. Automation & Reporting: Generating automated yield reports
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with product engineering and process integration teams to get requirements to build software to support yield management
  8. Ensuring reliability and scalability of software for high volume data
  9. Presentation: Presenting updates to internal and customer senior executives
  10. Travel as required

Desired Experience
  • You have 10+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry with specific experience in E-test/Wafer Sort
  • You have proven structured problem-solving skills using 8D and other methods
  • You have experience in programming and managing E-test systems
