We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lifestyle Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships with them, and ensuring their needs are met.

• Customer Onboarding: You will work closely with our customers to understand their unique needs and preferences, explain how our services can benefit them, and onboard them seamlessly onto our platform.
• Solution Deployment: You will define and agree upon the interventions needed to fulfill our customers' requirements, deploy a set of trained domestic helps at their household, and supervise their work to ensure high quality standards.
• Partner Management: You will work with our central partner ecosystem to deploy solutions at our customers' households, onboard and work with local quality partners, and oversee the quality of work done by our partners.
• Customer Lifecycle Management: You will have deeper dialogues and conversations with our customers to ease them into our journey across the stages of pain, convenience, pleasure, delight, and transformation.
• Customer Feedback & Service Improvement: You will determine customer satisfaction, identify areas of improvement, iterate our solution design, and raise complaints or feedback to relevant teams for resolution.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Hospitality Background: A candidate with experience in hospitality, event management, language, and intercultural communication would be an ideal fit.
