Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the implementation of our Master Data Management (MDM) strategy.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our organizational data. Your expertise in MDM solutions and data quality tools will enable us to make informed business decisions with confidence.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced data governance specialist to drive business value through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data governance frameworks and principles, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex data issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. BE/MCA/ME degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in MDM, data quality, and data governance, with a deep understanding of best practices and industry standards.
  3. Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, concepts, and principles.
  4. Experience with MDM solutions and data quality tools such as Informatica Power Centre/Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or similar platforms.
  5. Proficiency in data analysis, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques.
  6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex data issues.
  8. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) related to data governance and quality.
