Job Title: BIM Manager
Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking to lead a team of BIM modelers? We are seeking a skilled individual to manage our BIM modeling and coordination processes.
Job DescriptionAerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd., based in Ahmedabad, is a leading provider of services to US-based Architecture, Engineering, and Construction groups.
We are a growing organization where everyone's role is crucial for the company's success. All team members' contributions have a direct correlation with the company's performance in meeting its business and financial objectives.
As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for managing BIM modeling and coordination throughout the life cycle of projects. This includes owning the quality of all deliverables related to BIM modeling LOD 100 to 500 and clash coordination.
You will also lead a team of 20-30 BIM Modelers, manage deliverables of client projects and communication, and participate in client meetings and presentations.
Responsibilities include ensuring quality standards and checklists are followed for every project, responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 4+ years of experience in BIM projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on knowledge and experience of BIM projects and Revit models from Schematic Design to Construction Documents set
- Experience of leading a team of at least 15 team members and working with overseas customers
- Experience of using Autodesk AEC package - AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc.
- Exposure to USA Projects

Work Environment: Monday to Friday, 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM, work from office only.
