Job Title:

Data Strategist

As a data strategist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

About the Role:

This role is critical to our company's success, as it involves designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that meet the needs of various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality input datasets from various sources, including MongoDB, Flat files, AWS S3, Athena, and Redshift connector.
  • Design and develop dataflows using Magic ETL, SQL Transformation, and Blend, ensuring seamless data integration and analytics.
  • Implement personalized data permission (Row Level Security) based on user requirements, ensuring secure and controlled access to sensitive information.
  • Manage data governance, metadata, and user management, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop complex views datasets by joining and union operations, providing actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Work on sandbox environments, including Dev, QA, and Prod instances, ensuring smooth transition and deployment of data solutions.
  • Migrate and promote content, ensuring scalability and performance optimization.
  • Optimize and tune performance, ensuring fast and accurate data processing and analysis.
  • Write efficient SQL queries, leveraging database expertise to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Create applications, dashboards, and apply filters, enabling users to interact with data in a user-friendly manner.
  • Develop calculated fields and create variables and control filters, enhancing data visualization and exploration capabilities.
  • Handle KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
