At the heart of our organization lies a mission to empower students worldwide, facilitating their journey towards academic excellence. As an Overseas Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of our international students.

 

  • Assume full responsibility for a cohort of students, overseeing their educational pathway from course evaluation and onboarding to detailed counselling and regular check-ins.
  • Develop a profound understanding of university admissions processes, including application cycles and intake procedures.
  • Forge trusted relationships with students, serving as their primary coach for guidance related to university admissions and preliminary eligibility assessments (GRE, GMAT) and language proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL).
  • Regularly review student applications, identifying performance bottlenecks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address these challenges.
  • Establish strong relationships with various stakeholders, including Growth Team members, Student Counsellors, Key Account Managers, Loan Counsellors, Test Prep specialists, and other support functions, while providing valuable insights and feedback.
  • Coordinate post-offer management, ensuring timely deposits and seamless communication with Visa teams and International Offices.
  • Implement strategic sales approaches, meeting target metrics throughout intake cycles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.
