Teaching Assistant Professor in Business Analytics

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional educator to join our School of Management & Liberal Arts. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and mentoring students in business analytics, developing curriculum, and conducting research in related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in business analytics, utilizing engaging teaching methods and materials
  • Develop and implement curriculum in business analytics, ensuring alignment with industry standards and academic excellence
  • Conduct research in business analytics and publish in refereed journals, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Mentor students in research projects, guiding them towards achieving their academic and professional goals

The ideal candidate should possess a Ph.D. in a related subject, a first-class full-time Post Graduate degree in the relevant discipline, and UGC Net Qualification or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in teaching at the university level is required, with a proven track record in curriculum development and student assessment.
