About Us

We are building an AI-first workspace for the next decade. We are a fast-paced team of 13 tackling one of the most important problems in tech: how small teams adopt AI.

Instead of another AI tool, we are creating a workspace where AI works like a real teammate – with memory, collaboration, and specialized experts who grow over time.

We are weeks away from development and are looking for an experienced backend developer to bolster our development team. This is an intense, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, build, and scale backend systems that power our AI-first workspace.
  • Develop APIs and services to support real-time collaboration, persistent memory, and AI experts/skills.
  • Work closely with frontend, AI, and product teams to ship features at startup speed.
  • Optimize for scalability, performance, and security as we grow from dozens → thousands of users.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions that will shape us for years to come.

Tech Stack We're Using (and you'll help evolve):

  • Node.js/TypeScript
  • PostgreSQL/Redis
  • Graph QL APIs
  • AWS/GCP
  • Docker/Kubernetes

Experience with LLM integrations, vector DBs, or real-time systems is a big plus.

  • 3+ years backend development experience.
  • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Builder mindset – you're excited to ship fast, learn from users, and iterate.
