Job Summary:

Software Development Role

We are seeking a seasoned Java Spring Boot Developer to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot applications
  • Build and consume REST APIs for scalable applications
  • Collaborate with teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Ensure application security, performance, and scalability

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to write clean, reusable, and testable code, perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging, participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing, and support application deployment and monitoring in production.

Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Core + Advanced)
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
  • Experience in RESTful API development & integration
  • Good understanding of Microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment practices
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Understanding of design patterns & best practices
  • Basic knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes (added advantage)

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on development experience in Java + Spring Boot, exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
