Financial Specialist Position

At a leading organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to fill a key role in our finance department. As a financial specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing timely and accurate financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Monitor and report key financial metrics (cost of acquisition, lifetime value, gross margins, etc.).
  • Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly financial closures.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare accurate management information systems (MIS) and financial statements.
  • Monitor marketing expenses and return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze costs and drive operational efficiency to enhance profitability.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee inventory finance operations
  • Support financial projections, board presentations, and due diligence processes.
  • Manage investor reporting and updates.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant or Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–6 years of experience in finance roles (preferably in direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, fast-moving consumer goods, or retail sectors).
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and MIS.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is beneficial.
