About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Core Developer. As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and shipping core initiatives that drive business growth.

This role involves a unique blend of engineering, product management, and project delivery – making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain maximum learning and ownership.

We require someone with past software development experience, who understands coding concepts, can work with APIs/JavaScript, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning client relationships from end-to-end, understanding their pain points, and translating those into actionable product requirements.
  • Supporting the setup of pipelines, integrations, and real-time systems that power our business.
  • Collaborating with founders and engineers to design and build core features that meet customer needs.
  • Working hands-on with JavaScript, APIs, and back-end systems to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Contributing to experiments, tech spikes, and new initiatives from scratch, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Pitching in wherever needed, from debugging flows to shaping early product specs that set us apart.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience (internships/side projects count).
  • Prior experience as a SDE / Developer intern or equivalent, with a strong grasp of JavaScript and APIs.
  • A background in leading tech fests, hackathons, or tech societies/clubs, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients – able to own conversations and follow through on commitments.
  • Energy, adaptability, and the ability to work directly with founders in a high-velocity environment.
  • A curiosity for AI, data platforms, and integrations that drives innovation.
