Electrical Engineering Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving PCBA Risk mitigation strategy and execution of projects for Electronics commodities on product level.

  • You will be responsible for technical delivery of all Electrical & Electronics related projects, reviewing designs and concepts from the team to ensure the technical quality of actions.
  • You will own and implement technically exciting projects right from scoping to implementation, with a focus on synthesising specifications of electronic components into product fitment.
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements, participate in system/subsystem design reviews, and finalize electronics design requirements by reviewing with systems and global engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design schematic of digital, mixed signal, and power electronics circuit boards that satisfy the design requirement.
  • Provide Plan A, Plan B, drive design options, and trade-off analysis meeting diverse product requirements.
  • Build design documents for design review (HLD, DFMEA, requirements traceability matrix etc.) and verification plan mapping to key performance and reliability requirements.
  • Verify design performance qualifying requirements, meeting manufacturability and serviceability, and achieve cost/reliability targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with over 10 years of proven track record.
  • Knowledge of circuit design and simulation tools.
  • Ability to handle medium to high complexity projects independently, with a mentorship role for early talent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in project management.
  • C/C++ Embedded Programming.
  • Knowledge of FPGA-based Design and programming using HDL.
