Conference Research Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Conference Research Specialist to lead our conference database project. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting research and finding scientific conferences worldwide to add to our Google Sheets.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Searching the internet for conferences in various niches (medical, tech, AI, research, cognitive science, etc.)
  • Finding new conferences every day and ensuring they are unique
  • Maintaining accurate information about each conference (name, date, location, website link, field of study, committee details, deadlines)
  • Organizing data neatly and efficiently

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in business or related field (recent graduates welcome)
  • Excellent online research skills
  • Proficiency in working with Google Sheets and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic English writing and communication skills

Additionally, having experience with research, data management, and list-making would be an asset.
