Job Title: Supply Chain Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Project Manager to lead our improvement initiatives and drive process excellence across our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing projects that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to improve supply chain operations, including spare parts management, inventory control, and logistics optimization.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures, while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new tools and technologies that support business objectives.
  • Support the development of a robust spare parts catalogue and associated maintenance processes, ensuring accurate master data within our ERP system.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in leading supply chain improvement projects, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and project management skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office software (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid experience with ERP software and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Foreign Trade, Finance, or Supply Chain preferred).
