Job Description

As a seasoned Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end UiPath automation pipelines. Your responsibilities will include integrating DevOps practices, ensuring deployment, monitoring, and operational stability across Orchestrator and AWS.

You will act as the technical partner to RPA developers and IT/ops teams, working closely with them to design, develop, and implement efficient automation solutions.

Key aspects of your job will involve deploying and managing UiPath bots, assets, and versions across Dev/UAT/Prod environments; configuring and maintaining UiPath Orchestrator (tenants, robot provisioning, queues); and integrating UiPath with ServiceNow, APIs, SharePoint, and other systems.

Additionally, you will be responsible for building robust monitoring, alerting, and error-handling capabilities for automation workflows; using JIRA for tracking and Confluence for documentation/knowledge sharing.

Furthermore, you will manage scalable UiPath environments on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch), troubleshoot issues, manage access/credentials securely, and follow compliance controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years in RPA (minimum 2 years with UiPath)
  • Strong UiPath Studio & Orchestrator expertise
  • Solid Python scripting skills; familiarity with .NET/VBA
  • Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch)
  • Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • UiPath certifications preferred (e.g., AARD, Solution Architect)
