Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Professional to join our team as a Chief Technology Officer, Payment Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the technology roadmap and leading ongoing reviews of business processes to develop automation strategies.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology with minimum 10-12 years of experience in Payment Systems applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing various banking and technical applications, as well as managing projects and developing project plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate business processes and anticipate requirements to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions across Payment applications.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Plan the technology roadmap with an execution plan and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
  • Design and build enterprise applications for solutions used across multiple business teams.
  • Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional team members and management.
Requirements
  • Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or IT; Strong knowledge of Data Management, APIs, Microservices, MQ, HTTPS, SWIFT, Indian Payments, etc.
  • Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Information Technology with at least 5 years in Payment Systems applications and 2 years in software development preferably in a Financial Service Industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly.
