Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in developing and delivering innovative software solutions.

About the Role
  • Technical Leadership: Set technical direction, vision, and standards for the platform, aligning with business objectives.
  • Product Development: Lead design and development of front-end and back-end features across the full SME lending platform.
  • Team Management: Mentor junior developers, review code, and enforce high standards across the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product leadership to shape features, scope timelines, and deliver iteratively.
  • Innovation: Drive mobile-friendly UI development using React (or similar frameworks), establish CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and modern release practices.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Set Technical Direction: Define and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and efficiency.
  2. Lead Product Development: Oversee the development of new features and enhancements to existing ones.
  3. Mentor Junior Developers: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior engineers to help them grow professionally.
  4. Drive Innovation: Encourage experimentation, adopt new technologies, and push boundaries to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Strong Technical Background: Proven experience in software development, architecture, and engineering.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive results.
