Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled motion graphic designer to join our team. We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio of engaging animations and video assets, preferably in real estate.

Your focus will be on creating compelling motion content for social media, digital campaigns, and property marketing – striking a balance between creativity and professionalism.

We're seeking an experienced professional who can design and animate high-quality motion graphics for various platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook), develop dynamic video content for agent branding and marketing campaigns, and collaborate with other teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and animate motion graphics that engage audiences and meet brand requirements.
  • Develop creative video content for marketing campaigns and agent branding.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and content teams to maintain consistency in messaging and style.
  • Optimize animations for different platforms and formats while ensuring professionalism.
  • Stay updated on the latest motion design trends and best practices.
  • Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing animated social media content and marketing videos.
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for integration with animation workflows.
  • Able to blend creativity with professionalism, producing eye-catching yet polished animations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
