As a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency across various business use cases. With expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, you will bridge the gap between process automation, prompt engineering, and applied AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will design, test, and optimize high-quality prompts to drive accuracy, reliability, and adaptability of AI models within various business workflows.
  • Collaborate with automation teams to integrate Automation Anywhere bots with AI-driven agents for end-to-end processes.
  • Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously, ensuring seamless integration with RPA workflows.
  • Partner with data scientists, RPA developers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and development of reusable prompt templates.
  • Integrate APIs, knowledge bases, and 3rd-party systems into AI agents and RPA workflows to enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Monitor agent and bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune prompts for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI agent frameworks, RPA enhancements, and generative AI trends to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere (bot development, control room, IQ Bot, API integrations).
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama).
  • Proven experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with RPA-to-AI orchestration, including scheduling, decision-making, and exception handling.
  • Proficiency with programming/scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation and agent development.

**Nice to Have Skills:**

  • Exposure to multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Microsoft Autogen).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for AI/automation deployment.
  • Knowledge of ML pipelines, NLP models, and conversational AI.
