Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Python Automation Test Engineer with strong knowledge of Scala to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Python.

  1. Design and Develop Automated Test Scripts: Utilize Python to create efficient and effective automated test scripts that ensure high-quality products.
  2. Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to understand product requirements and test scenarios.
  3. Write and Execute Test Cases: Develop and execute test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
  4. Test Frameworks and CI/CD Pipelines: Use testing frameworks like PyTest or Robot Framework for automation execution and develop or enhance CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests.
  5. Analysis and Bug Resolution: Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work closely with developers for resolutions.
  6. Scala Integration: Utilize Scala to interact with back-end systems or for custom test utilities.
  7. Test Planning and Reporting: Contribute to test planning, estimation, and reporting efforts.
  8. Documentation and Best Practices: Maintain documentation related to test strategies and processes and adhere to software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
