About this role:

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Supply Chain Planning that covers Demand, Supply and Production strategy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support Demand Planning processes, including CTO forecasting and planning measure management.
  2. Collect data from systems, troubleshooting failures.
  3. Support supply planning processes like Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and constrained/unconstrained planning.
  4. Utilize expertise in supply planning data models, REST APIs, and reports to drive business outcomes.
  5. Lead End-to-End Planning Integrated Business Cycles.
  6. Resolve critical planning issues related to plan behavior, data gaps, Supply/demand reconciliation issues etc.
  7. Execute quarterly testing and validations.
  8. Receive, analyze, and prioritize support tickets related to Demand Planning Processes including CTO forecasting and planning measure management.
  9. Perform initial assessment of issues with data collection from internal and external systems.
  10. Triage failures and route to appropriate teams/On-calls.
  11. Document and categorize supply planning process like MRP and constrained/unconstrained planning.
  12. Identify severity and impact of problems related to supply planning data models, REST APIs and reports.
  13. Monitor & Coordinate support for End-to-End Planning integrated Business Cycles.
  14. Manage incident tickets related to support Oracle Supply Chain Planning.
  15. Track and prioritize quarterly patch testing needs.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years experience with Oracle Demand, Supply Planning & Global Order Promising solutions.
  2. Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologies.
  3. Proficiency in data collections and integration between systems.
  4. Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and planning process.
  5. Experience with REST APIs and reporting.
  6. Good Understanding of integrated planning business cycles.
  7. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  8. Ability to manage patch testing processes.
  9. Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
  10. Technical aptitude with data models, system integration(REST APIs etc.).
  11. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
