  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize Android-native components using Java/Kotlin.
  • Collaborate with the Flutter developer to integrate Android modules into cross-platform builds.
  • Ensure secure data handling, storage, and permissions in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Support responsive and accessible UI integration for mobile and web interfaces.
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python FastAPI and Java.
  • Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless data flow between devices, apps, and servers.
  • Apply Java frameworks such as Spring Boot where applicable for service development.
  • Optimize backend services for high-volume, low-latency medical data processing.
  • Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Design efficient schemas and implement secure data access patterns.
  • Ensure database architecture supports scalability, redundancy, and compliance with ISO 13485 and HIPAA standards.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
  • Use containerization and reproducible environments for efficient application delivery.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage for cost efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Python programming languages.
  • Experience with Android and cross-platform app development.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
  • Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
