About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality designs that strengthen our brand identity and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create visually engaging graphics for digital, social, print, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Design and maintain brand assets, including logos, style guides, templates, and promotional materials.
  • Develop engaging visuals for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh design perspectives.
  • Provide creative direction and mentor junior designers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and print work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or Sketch.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design trends.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
