Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. This includes ensuring that all production processes are running efficiently and safely, while also meeting quality and efficiency targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive safe behavior culture and implement different EHS protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to prioritize production tasks and ensure timely dispatch of materials as required.
- Monitor and control equipment operation to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement material resource planning strategies to maintain safety stock levels and meet business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing changes to drive efficiency gains.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, statutory requirements, and ISO standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including dispatch teams, purchasing teams, vendors, and departmental heads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Experience in operating and controlling mixing and batching plants, boiler operations, and tunnel oven or kiln processes.
- Basic knowledge of SAP software.
