SAP Data Migration Expert

Our organization is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration professional to lead mission-critical projects. This role demands extensive expertise in SAP data management and hands-on implementation experience using the Syniti toolset.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP data migration projects utilizing Syniti toolsets.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze data migration requirements and develop migration strategies.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading (ETL) activities.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage mapping rules, validation scripts, and error resolution processes.
  • Provide cutover and post-migration support, ensuring seamless transitions to SAP systems.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards on migration progress and quality metrics.

Required skills include 5-8 years of proven experience in SAP data migration projects, strong expertise with Syniti tool, hands-on experience in SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA preferred), solid knowledge of ETL processes, SQL, data cleansing, and transformation techniques.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience with S/4HANA migrations and SAP MDG.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and tools like Jira.

This is a long-term engagement based on project needs, with flexible start times that may require adaptability for global projects.
