Job Role

Deliver high-quality technical assistance to employees, collaborating with business colleagues and IT team members on key technologies. Provide advanced support to executives and business leaders throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve incoming technical issues for all employees, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
  • Conduct thorough problem analysis to identify recurring issues and drive closure through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other processes.
  • Document processes and technologies as needed.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures by creating knowledge-base articles and reviewing existing content.
  • Identify and recommend automation tools to enhance the user experience.
  • Work with technology suppliers and carriers to provide devices to the organisation.
  • Configure laptops using cloud-based technologies.
  • Participate in global IT projects as needed.
  • Provide remote support for global users and regular on-site support for the Bangalore office.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in desktop technologies, including Apple OS, MS Windows, Active Directory, User and Group Management, and MS Office.
  • Experience with enterprise management solutions, such as JAMF, Microsoft Autopilot, and Intune.
  • Competency in collaboration tools like Teams, WebEx, and Atlassian Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop connections within the organization.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • JAMF Enterprise management
  • Powershell scripting
  • Group Policy Object distribution
  • Administration of Office 365
  • Audio Visual Experience

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years experience in an IT support role
