Job Title: Quantitative Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing mathematical models, optimizing algorithms, and enhancing gameplay mechanics using advanced techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and apply mathematical models to solve complex gaming-related problems.
  • Develop and improve algorithms, game mechanics, and player experience through analysis.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and game designers to achieve project goals.
  • Analyze and optimize probabilistic systems, scoring, and rewards.
  • Run simulations and validate models for accuracy and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Mathematical Modelling/Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Probability, Statistics, Game Theory, Numerical Methods, and Applied Mathematics.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, R, Python (NumPy/SciPy) or similar tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
