We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Web UX and Designer to join our team at Gigamon. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences across our web and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver pixel-perfect visuals, wireframes, and prototypes for various platforms, including mobile, tablet, and responsive web.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and other business units to align digital design with business goals.
  • Lead or support multiple design and UX projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, UX trends, and best practices to maintain high-quality design outputs.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a mid-senior level UX/UI designer, particularly within a corporate B2B marketing environment, a digital marketing agency, or an internal creative team.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with product marketing and campaign teams in a B2B tech setting.
  • A diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, composition, iconography, interaction design, prototyping, wireframing, and information architecture.

About You:

  • A strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs.
  • A collaborative, professional, and diplomatic communicator, able to understand and translate stakeholder needs into effective design solutions.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines.
