Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced Digital Product Designer to join our rapidly growing team across regions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing web and mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and external banking websites, native mobile banking applications, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into manageable actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying current with the latest standards, changes, trends, and best practices in the field of digital product design.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital product design.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Banking experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in designing web and mobile applications.
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, and Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Deep understanding of Apple human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, and other relevant design tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing collateral.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends and demonstrable design skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
