Senior Software Development Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative engineering professional to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer. As a key member of our growing team, you will bring your expertise in software development and security to help drive the success of our organization.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. This includes identifying and prioritizing cross-application synergy, system enhancements, and automation of manual processes.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also contribute to the overall strategy and manage complex issues within your area of expertise. You will leverage your experience and knowledge to develop the security culture and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
As a senior engineer, you will coach junior-level employees on software development and security best practices. You will also work on a mix of legacy and greenfield projects to enable and support full-stack modernization.
Our ideal candidate has extensive experience working with various tools, including F5 BIG-IP ASM, HashiCorp Vault, SAST, DSAT, and SCA tools. They have expertise coding in languages like Python, C#, Java, or Go. The ability to lead projects with multiple teammates and provide thoughtful technical mentorship is also essential.
The successful candidate will be able to independently research, evaluate, and decide on both short-term and long-range solutions. They will be skilled at breaking down problems, organizing work, and delivering against technical requirements.
As a key member of our team, you will communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience working with F5 BIG-IP ASM, HashiCorp Vault, SAST, DSAT, and SCA tools.
