Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled System Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for defining, setting up, and maintaining test systems for evaluating the System Under Test (SysUT).

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of testing methodologies and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. You will focus on Q3 and Q4 tests as outlined in the Agile Testing Quadrants, covering system-level and non-functional testing.

In this role, you will design and define test cases, write test scripts to validate specifications, and determine the appropriate balance between manual and automated tests. You will also conduct daily testing, exploratory testing, and release testing to ensure smooth operations.

As a System Test Engineer, you will collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders across multiple locations to align on test strategies and outcomes. You will analyze and report test results, identifying and submitting defects for resolution.

We operate in alignment with Agile principles, contributing to the team's success. In addition, you will develop and execute automated system tests using programming languages like C#.

Occasionally, you may need to travel abroad for approximately one week per trip to foster collaboration and gain hands-on exposure to the systems under test.

Required Skills and Qualifications
