Guest Services Manager Position

Key to our success is a talented and customer-focused professional who can oversee guest reservations, drive sales conversions, and deliver seamless experiences. This dynamic role involves managing room bookings, coordinating with operations teams, maintaining accurate records, and building strong relationships with corporates and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservation requests, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Provide detailed information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Upsell hotel services, promote packages, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain updated records of guest preferences, reports, and communication logs.
  • Build lasting relationships with corporate partners, travel agents, and repeat guests through personalized service and effective communication.
  • Efficiently handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests while ensuring timely responses to guest reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Proven experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferably in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and OTA platforms.
  • Sales-driven, customer-centric, and detail-oriented individual able to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
